Permission is granted to temporarily use PdfFixNow for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PDFToolbox
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all files you upload comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not uploading any files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Not using the Service to violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

5. File Processing and Storage

When you upload files to PDFToolbox:

• Files are processed on our secure servers
• Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We do not access, view, or share your files except as necessary to provide the Service
• You retain all rights to your uploaded content

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate PDFToolbox, a PdfFixNow employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PdfFixNow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PDFToolbox.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDFToolbox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PdfFixNow and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PdfFixNow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
